Although we serve communities throughout Central New York, we are very proud to call Marcellus home. Three years ago, when the Marcellus Chamber of Commerce expanded its mission to bring together not only local businesses, but the entire community, we were honored to be part of building what is now known as Marcellus Together.
The annual Marcellus Together Golf Tournament is one of the many ways this group comes together to raise funds and support our community. We have participated in the tournament for years, but since its focus expanded from the Chamber to the entire community, it has become even more special.
Proceeds help support our neighbors, students, teachers, first responders and local businesses through initiatives like Boo Fest, the Community Confidence Project, the Marcellus Youth Music Program and more. Marcellus Together also supports the Marcellus First Responders Committee, our student athletes and school initiatives, along with many events that bring people together right here in Marcellus.
Through events like Boo Fest and the annual Christmas Tree Lighting, they have also given us opportunities to bring the McClurg Building Corner out into the community and create something fun for local kiddos and families.
We are so proud to be part of this incredible group of community leaders who continue to show up for Marcellus and for one another.
