McClurg's Home Repair Process
When you work with the McClurg Team, you'll always know what to expect. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we follow a proven 2-step process for all repair projects:
Step 1 - Consultation and Estimate
Initial Appointment or Phone Call
The HomeRepair Project Consultant meets or calls you to discuss your needs and schedule, and present the McClurg Team qualifications. We'll answer your questions and strive to thoroughly understand your requirements.
The HomeRepair Project Consultant will call or meet with you to discuss the estimate within 1 week of the initial appointment. Depending on the scope of your project, a preliminary agreement and detailed contract may be required.
Step 2 - Project Construction
Once you approve the work, a HomeRepair Lead Carpenter is assigned to your project and you will be contacted with a scheduled start date.
After the job is completed, you will be contacted by phone to ensure your total satisfaction with the quality of our work and job site cleanup. You will also receive an evaluation form that you'll be asked to complete and return to our office. It's a great way to help ensure your satisfaction on your current project and future ones.
