Starting April 22, 2010 all contractors performing renovation, repair or painting on pre-1978 homes must be certified by the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.
The following McClurg employees are EPA certified for lead paint safety and trained on how to test for the presence of lead in paint, how to establish a safe work environment for workers and home occupants, and how to properly clean and remediate the work site. The company is also an EPA Certified Renovator business.
